I had a problem with our roof that required replacement. There was a Grand Rapids contractor that came and looked at it. The contractor set the bar very low on what good customer service liked like. They were very high on the estimate, were uncertain on what my needs would be and timeline to execute. this drove my decision to reach out to other contractors. Thankfully, I looked up Sharp and reached out. Talk about a difference that was real and significant right out of the gate! Sharp set an appointment, met me, quoted, and scheduled the replacement roof in no time. The price was a great value based on product and timeline. the crew that showed up was absolutely mind blowing in how hard they worked! It turned out fabulous. I had them come back and do a small shed. What they did was great across the board. I think what defines companies is when something doesn't go perfectly. How do they respond? We had a window that was cracked during the process and they scheduled and fixed it on a timely basis. Every person we worked with that was subcontracted or tied to Sharp was top shelf. I work in the construction industry and would recommend these guys to anyone. 5.0 on Google is not an anomaly. They earn it every day!
