He came prepared with brochures and explained the different types of roofing which made my selection very easy. On the day of the installation, Roberto and his crew made sure at the end of each day that the job site was cleaned and left in order. I couldn't be more pleased. Sharp Construction exceeded my expectations. From my first contact with Ryan Spencer I knew I was dealing with a person and company of integrity. Ryan took the time to explain our options (pros and cons of each). He kept in contact in a timely manner and at no time at all did I ever feel pressured into a decision. The crew that installed our new roof and gutters was incredible. Three young men tore off two layers of old shingles and installed our new roof in basically one day (12 hours). They returned the next morning to finish the chimney flashing. My property was left immaculate. I will always recommend Ryan Spencer and his company Sharp Construction. Thanks again!

We used Sharp for a few side projects and that's when they noticed our roof had significant wind damage from a recent storm. We already had an adjuster out who quoted a low amount for a repair which Sharp felt wasn't appropriate. They asked if they could look into it further on our behalf. Next thing we know, we had a regional adjuster out for a re-inspection who agreed with Sharp that a roof replacement was what should actually be covered. Scheduling was easy and the crew at Sharp replaced the roof in one day working into the late evening just to make sure it was finished. We can't thank Sharp enough for working with our insurance company and saving us thousands of dollars on a new roof. We highly recommend Sharp and will be using them in the future for other home projects.

From start to finish, it was a pleasure to work with Sharp Construction. A casual conversation about woodpecker damage to a home at the Home Show in Holland Civic Center turned a 40+ year old, extremely dated home into the talk of the neighborhood. Not only was Sharp professional and a joy to deal with, but their subcontractors were also extremely professional and courteous. I don't often give a five star review, but they were worthy of each and every star.

We had water dripping in the kitchen that seemed to be coming from a skylight. Sharp found that it was actually coming from an area where the steep angles of the metal roof met. They sealed and repaired the problem area which so far has eliminated the problem.

Sharp came out just days later after massive hail damage. They quickly worked with my insurance company and started the project within a weeks time. The roof replacement was complete in one day, followed by a complete vinyl siding replacement. All work was done with great attention to detail, and the outcome could not have been better.
